We’re at 28-30 Esmond Street — right in the centre of town, a short walk to the CBD and just five minutes from the airport. Fairbairn Dam and Lake Maraboon are an easy twenty-minute drive. The Sapphire Gemfields at Rubyvale and Anakie are forty-five minutes west — close enough for a day trip. And Carnarvon Gorge, one of Queensland’s most spectacular national parks, is a three-hour drive south-west.

- From 2:00 pm · by 10:00 am. Reception 7:00 am–7:00 pm daily, and the team is always close by after hours. Late arrivals: we call guests not checked in by 5 pm and arrange a key lock-box with a code — you’ll never be locked out.

- Free undercover parking in the centralised guest car park on site. Trailers, boats and large work vehicles use street parking — our contractor guests do this routinely without issues. Ask us before arrival if you’re unsure.
