AIR-CONDITIONING/HEATING

Your room is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and controlled via a remote located next to the light switch in the lounge room.  

Please ensure this is switched ON:
1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press Temp ^ or Temp v to adjust to desired temperature
3. Press MODE selector button to change between cold and heat settings.  For cold, select snowflake; For heat, select sun.

PILLOW MENU

At the Emerald Inn, your comfort is our priority. To ensure you enjoy the perfect night’s sleep, we offer a curated pillow menu, allowing you to choose the ideal pillow for your preferences. Whether you prefer plush softness or firmer support, we have a range of options to suit your needs.

Each guest room is fitted with our most popular pillow; 2 Ultra Plush and 2 Classic Firm Non-Allergenic Microfiber Pillow.

However, if you desire a different profile, feel or height, please call on 4980 0600 or see reception before 8:00pm to request the perfect pillow from our menu:

  • Latex Foam – Medium profile pillow ideal for all sleeping positions.
  • Memory Gel – Premium memory foam with cooling gel top. Contours to head and neck and offers maximum support
  • Contour – Contoured pillow ideal for side sleepers.
  • Feather & Down – Soft pillow with natural filling that offers adjustable support.

BLANKETS

Extra blankets are in the bedroom cupboard. For an extra blanket, please call Reception on 4980 0600.

GUEST AMENITIES

For extra or forgotten items, a limited supply of additional toiletries are available from Reception or housekeeping.

IRON/IRONING BOARD

An iron and ironing board are provided. The iron is located under the bathroom sink and the ironing board can be found behind the bifold doors next to the washing machine.

LAUNDRY

There is a washing machine and dryer in each room behind the bifold doors in the bathroom. Two laundry powder sachets are provided, if you require extra, please see Reception.

MAINTENANCE

Should any appliances, fittings or services require attention, please contact Reception on 4980 0600. and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Guests are reminded that the cost of replacement or repair of anytime item, that goes beyond fair wear and tear, and that is caused by the guests, or their invited guests will be charged to their account and subsequently charged to their credit card provided at time of check in.

PILLOWS

Spare pillows are located in the wardrobe.

SECURITY

We recommend that you ensure that your door is securely closed when leaving your room or before retiring for the night. Please ensure that your vehicle is also locked and that no valuables are left within sight.

TOWELS

If you require extra towels, please call Reception on 4980 0600.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available to all guests. Please see below log-in details.
