The workshops will cover a lot of ground. Participants can look forward to cooking demonstration and taste testing showing you how to get more greens into your day. Learn how food affects our mood. Learn about Medications and other harmful. Find out what we should be avoiding when it comes to our skin products. Learn about exercise, how much is too much and which type are best for you.
